| CAMPS Camps are a great way to prepare for a tournament, season, or just to get in shape. Run over 2-4 days with 2-3 sessions each day, camps cover various series of techniques, live wrestling, and strength and conditioning. Club coaches run camps, while bringing in guest clinicians. | CLINICS Guest clinicians are invited periodically to expose wrestlers to various techniques, philosophies, and training systems. These are typically run over a day with 2-3 sessions of teaching and live wrestling. Club coaches often run clinics covering specific areas that need to be addressed. |
